Our Benevolence Program
We serve those in our community who need help with past-due utility bills. This help is available on the first Wednesday of each month and is limited to $60-$100 per person as funds allow. We have a committee of six people who meet with those who come to our building from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM (Noon) only on that day. We interview the applicants and confirm their past-due bills with the utility company. Each applicant can receive help once a year for a maximum of 3 years.
